1st Step

To verify connectivity, select the link below and make sure the time is current.

If the date and time is right check if Netmotion Client is connected:

2nd Step

If you are unable to get a date and time, follow some of these basic steps:

  • Reboot MDC
  • If the issue continues go to next step. 
  • Re-dock MDC
  • If the issue continues go to next step.
  • Reboot Sierra Wireless (Only press the reset Button for less than a second)
  • If the issue continues go to next step.
  • Check for lose connection on the back of the Sierra Wireless.

If the issue continues please contact your chain of command.
