Frequently Asked Question

What should I do if my radio has physical issues, missing buttons, knobs, etc?
Last Updated 8 months ago

For Lee County Public Safety employees, deliver the radio to Logistics and they will work to get the device repaired.

For all others, email leesupport@emciwireless.com or call (239) 744-2450 (Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm)

All radios should be dropped off in person at:
Lee County EDC
2665 Ortiz Ave.
Fort Myers, FL 33905

A technician will be present at the Lee County EDC on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays of every week, unless the County has assigned them to support another task at an alternate location. Someone is available Tuesdays and Wednesdays for radio support but may not be onsite at the EDC. If you contact EMCI via phone or email, they can schedule to have someone available for you. To ensure they resolve your radio issues in a timely manner, it is always best to reach out to them before making the trip to the EDC. Agencies are responsible for repair of radios that are not under warranty.

For users having issues with their radio that are not physical in nature, contact EMCI at (239) 744-2450 or leesupport@emciwireless.com
