What should I do if my radio has physical issues, missing buttons, knobs, etc?

For Lee County Public Safety employees, deliver the radio to Logistics and they will work to get the device repaired. For all others, contact the Motorola Service Center at 13891 Jetport Loop Road #9, Jetport Loop, Fort Myers, FL 33913 from 8-5pm or call (239) 939-7717 for repairs and determine if the hardware is under warranty or a service contract. Agencies are responsible for repair of radios that are not under warranty.
